>LAMMing Time

>Well the countdown has almost come to an end. I’m packed and starting to get twitchy. It’s time to head north to Kintail for this years Lowe Alpine Mountain Marathon.

Its looking like it could be a cold one, snow showers above 900 metres on both days but at least no heat wave to endure so just one chilly night in an inadequate sleeping bag squashed in an unnecessarily small tent. Still the pack weighs under 4 kilos so that has to be a good thing….

The big question mark is will my knee survive, it is very definitely not 100% right, in fact not even close to 80% at the moment following the relapse two weeks ago but I may as well get the excuses in now.
