And that means what exactly? Oh it means there is something not quite right.

So nearly 10 months after my legs ground to a thuddering halt I nearly have an answer, possibly a timeframe for recovery but very definitely an injured knee. Thank god for that, I thought I was going mad.

So its not a torn cartlidge, well not now at least, it might have been, might need surgery, might not, probably not, should heal, maybe a few more more months, see what the consultant says.

And so its back to the Wrightington Institute to see the consultant again. I have an answer of sorts and the promise that, in a few more months I may, just may be able to start running again.
