Deepdale Skyline

A new month and a change in the weather fortunes. Cool but bright. I therefore decided to head out for a marginally longer run this afternoon, heading up onto Fairfield before traversing around to St Sunday Crag.

Am feeling unbelievably tired in my legs at the moment. Aerobically I seem to be finding things tough also. Struggled to maintain a running pace all the way to the summit of Fairfield, but thankfully managed to grind it out once en route to St Sunday Crag.
