Halloween

Recently the weather has continued its dry and storm-free routine. Rarely have I seen the rivers running so low so late into the Autumn. But as Halloween looms things are now changing. Two wet and windy rounds of Red Scree’s this week as I try to back to hill training proper. Continuing to struggle with leg power and general fatigue, I’m not quite sure what’s the problem at the moment and am struggling to fathom whether its a deep-seated tiredness finally kicking after all the months leading to up to my Bob Graham, some lingering virus or just not being as fit as I was. Either way a long way off my running best.
